CURBSIDE PICK UP – call when you arrive, on foot or in your vehicle, & a team member will bring your meal out to you

NO CONTACT DELIVERY – Check the “no contact” box when adding your delivery address, or add notes to the 
“delivery instructions” field for a contact-free delivery 

DISTANCE WHILE ORDERING – Clear, (& fun) floor stickers help you stay safely 6ft apart from others

DISTANCE WHILE DINING – When we are able to safely welcome dine-in guests, tables will be removed & blocked to ensure everyone can relax & enjoy dining at a safe, comfortable distance 

CONSTANT CARE + CLEANING

A Sanitation Team Lead will be dedicated each shift to continually disinfect common surfaces including:

Interior & Exterior Door Handles
Register Counters
Credit Card Machines
Dining Tables
Dining Chair Backs + Arms
Takeout Counters
Restroom Doors, Stall Locks, Faucets & Hand Dryers 


Guest-accessible disinfecting wipes & hand sanitizers will also be available 

SUSTAINABLE + SELF-CONTAINED PACKAGING

SELF-CONTAINED - All takeout meals are packaged in individual, sustainable containers 

TAMPER-FREE - Every container is closed with a tamper-free sticker to ensure your meal has stayed safely sealed from our kitchen to your kitchen table

SUSTAINABILITY - We still value our biodegradable, compostable & recyclable packaging, possibly now more than ever, & will continue to provide the most earth-friendly options possible

EMPLOYEE PROTECTION

FACE MASKS FOR OUR TEAM - All team members will be provided a CDC compliant, washable face mask that they are required to wear 100% of the time they are in the building

FACE MASKS FOR GUESTS – We will adhere to city & state guidelines requiring anyone entering our space to wear a proper face mask.  Unfortunately guests who do not comply will be asked to leave.

GLOVES - Every meal at LYFE is made fresh to order, as always, & every staff member changes into a fresh pair of gloves before beginning every single dish


EMPLOYEE EDUCATION

ENHANCED TRAINING – As more employees return, we will continue to train everyone on appropriate cleaning & disinfecting techniques, respiratory etiquette & the importance of consistently adhering to these new protocols

HAND WASHING – All employees will be reminded of proper hand washing technique, & will be required to wash hands immediately upon entering the building, between all guest interactions & according to kitchen hand washing guidelines set by the health department

TEAM SUPPORT - Support for our staff is always available to ensure our hardworking team receives the appreciation and one-on-one care they deserve!
